These terms and conditions apply to the Just for Today app (the “Application”), created by Raí Adriano (the “Service Provider”) as a free service.

By downloading or using the Application you agree to these terms. Please read them before you continue. Unauthorized copying or modification of the Application, of any part of it, or of the Service Provider's trademarks is prohibited. Attempts to extract the source code, translate it, or create derivative versions are not permitted. All trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to the Application remain the property of the Service Provider.

The Service Provider is committed to making the Application useful and reliable, and reserves the right to modify it or to charge for services at any time. Any charges for the Application or its services will be clearly communicated before they apply.

The Application stores and processes data you provide so it can deliver the service. It is your responsibility to keep your device and your access to the Application secure. The Service Provider advises against jailbreaking or rooting your device, which can compromise security and may stop the Application from working correctly.

Third-party services

The Application uses third-party services that have their own terms and conditions:

• Google Play Services
• Expo
• Sentry

Connectivity, charges, and your device

Some features require an active internet connection. The Service Provider is not responsible for issues caused by lack of Wi-Fi or mobile data. If you use the Application outside Wi-Fi, your mobile carrier's terms still apply and you accept responsibility for any data or roaming charges. If you are not the bill payer, you are assumed to have their permission.

It is your responsibility to keep your device charged. If your device runs out of battery and you can't access the service, the Service Provider is not responsible.

Accuracy and availability

The Service Provider works to keep the Application accurate and up to date but relies on third parties for some information. No liability is accepted for any loss, direct or indirect, from relying entirely on the Application.

The Application may be updated periodically. You agree to accept updates when offered. The Service Provider does not guarantee ongoing compatibility with every operating system version, and may choose to discontinue the Application at any time without notice. Upon termination: (a) the rights and licenses granted to you under these terms end, and (b) you should stop using the Application and, if necessary, remove it from your device.

Changes to these terms

The Service Provider may update these terms from time to time. Please review this page regularly for any changes. Updates will be posted on this page.
